From measurement to reviewed report.

You upload the step test, the AI writes a draft, and you edit or approve it. The report PDF in your practice’s design is ready to send. In the portal, your athlete sees an easy-to-read version with her training zones. The platform is hosted in the EU, external providers are added for AI features, and approvals are logged. Training planning, the record with questionnaires and communication are in beta; we agree the available scope together before use.

What matters.

In short.

Excel, CSV, GDT

Before importing you see a preview and map every column unambiguously.

AI interpretation

Anything that affects the plan or is medically relevant needs your approval. Simple coaching answers can appear straight away.

Audit log

You can see who approved what and when.

Threshold models side by side

Mader 4 mmol, Dickhuth, individual threshold or D-Max: you choose the model for each test. All models can be compared side by side on the same data. At the retest you can see over time whether the thresholds have shifted.

  • Mader: fixed value of 4 mmol/L
  • Dickhuth: lactate equivalent minimum + 1.5 mmol/L
  • Individual anaerobic threshold (IAT, model-dependent)
  • D-Max according to Cheng 1992
  • Compare models on one test, track changes over retests

Work together. Trace changes.

Several sports physicians and coaches work in the same practice account. Logs show what happened during supported actions. Whether that is sufficient for your specific medical documentation obligations is something you need to check separately.

  • Roles: admin, sports science, read-only
  • Each person can store their own AI instructions
  • One standard report structure across the whole practice
  • Anyone working on behalf of another account (impersonation) appears in the log
  • View your practice’s logs for supported actions

Revenue and profitability per athlete

For every athlete you can record total revenue and revenue over the last 90 days. A dedicated view shows the practice how profitable the coaching is. The AI budget can be set as a share of revenue, for example 5 % of 90-day revenue.

  • Record revenue per athlete manually
  • Total revenue and rolling 90-day value
  • AI budget as a share of revenue
  • Cost-to-revenue ratio as a traffic light

Professional report and athlete version

The report comes in two versions. The professional one, with thresholds, model and zones, is for the practice and coaches. Your athlete sees the explanatory one in the portal so that she understands her values. Both carry your practice’s design.

  • Professional version: thresholds, active model, training zones
  • Athlete version: explained in plain language, with training zones
  • Your practice’s design: logo, colours, footer
  • Export again after changes
