Free and Solo include diagnostics, training planning and the athlete portal. Praxis Suite adds appointments, the athlete record with medical history, and communication for the whole team. With Enterprise, we clarify special requirements before the contract is signed. We are currently onboarding new practices after a personal demo.

The access and change log is available to administrators. It shows logged actions, their time, who performed them and which fields were affected, without displaying confidential field contents.

An active plan athlete counts at most once per calendar month, even with several planned weeks. The number of portal accounts alone is not billed as planning usage.

These rules are the same in all four plans.
Credits are your balance for AI features. Your plan shows how many are included each month. Need more? Add a pack of 500 credits for €10.00 excl. VAT. Tests and training planning are billed separately.
The app shows your balance and usage. You can also set usage limits there. If your balance is insufficient, the AI request does not run. Rule-based training planning does not use AI credits.
How we protect your data when using AI →We are currently onboarding new practices personally. In a demo we go through your workflow in the real product. If Plenea is a fit for you, you will then receive an invitation for your practice. You cannot create an account yourself at the moment.
Portal access is included regardless of how many athletes you support. Billing counts tests and people with active training plans. Your plan lists the included quantities and unit prices.
Pay the base price monthly or annually. Additional tests and people with active training plans are billed monthly according to your plan. AI features use your included credit balance; extra packs are available when needed.
Additional tests and people with active training plans cost the unit price in your plan: €4.00 each in Solo, €3.00 each in Practice Suite (excl. VAT). AI credits are managed separately.
You pay monthly or choose the cheaper yearly price: Solo €890.00, Praxis Suite €1,890.00 (excl. VAT). Each includes 2 months of base fee. You can cancel the monthly base fee at the end of the current month, and the yearly price at the end of the current year. Usage continues to be billed monthly. Free has no base fee. The full conditions are set out in the terms and conditions (app.plenea.at/legal/terms, in German).
You pay for AI features with credits. Each feature, such as drafting a report, uses a set number. The overview above shows current usage per feature. Your AI settings show your available balance and limits.
When your balance runs out, you can buy a credit pack: 500 credits for €10.00, 2,500 for €41.67, 10,000 for €145.83 (each excl. VAT). AI requests do not start without enough credit or when a limit is reached. You can enable automatic top-ups yourself and set a monthly budget.
Strava, Wahoo and intervals.icu are connected. This requires approval per athlete. Training sessions come in via Strava and Wahoo. With intervals.icu, approved workouts can also be transferred, updated and removed. We will only analyse HRV or sleep data once a connected provider supplies it.
Appointments can be booked online through your practice’s booking page. Online payments are not included in the plans shown here.
