Athlete support

Today’s plan. A look ahead.

Your athletes see their diagnostic results, training zones and weekly plan in one clear view. So they know which zones they are training in and what comes next. On the desktop during a review, on the phone day to day, without having to install an extra app. Training planning and communication are in beta; only enabled content released for the individual is visible.

Today at a glance

Depending on enabled features, wellness entries and the next planned session appear in the portal. Metrics provide context, not medical or exercise clearance.

Message conversation between athlete and coach in the portal
№ 02

Conversation with the coach

If your athlete asks about a session or gets in touch after training, it lands in the same portal as the plan and diagnostics. You reply with the plan in front of you. A second channel via WhatsApp or email is not needed.

Weekly plan in detail

Your athlete sees the week’s planned sessions in order, with the details she needs to train.

Today, on the phone

On the go, today’s session is what counts. Daily readiness and the next session are visible on their own phone in seconds.

Weekly plan, on the phone

The same weekly overview as on the desktop, designed for a quick look in between rather than a review on screen.

Appointments in the athlete portal with status, preparation note and past appointments
№ 06

Appointments with preparation

Your athletes see their next appointment, for example the retest, with its status and preparation notes. They can confirm or cancel it without emailing the practice. Past appointments are listed in the history.

Who it suits and what comes next.

Practices that no longer want to support athletes over WhatsApp

What otherwise runs through messages, PDF attachments and word of mouth is in one place here. Your athletes no longer have to piece things together. The portal shows your practice’s branding, not Plenea’s.

Where the training plan arrives

The weekly plan from training planning goes straight into the portal. The practice’s appointments, records and communication are tied to the same history.
