Performance diagnostics

Know where your athlete stands.

You record the values of each stage. Plenea calculates the thresholds according to several models and derives the training zones. At the retest you see whether the thresholds have shifted. This works for lactate tests and, if your practice has enabled it, for cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) too. Spiroergometry is in beta: we agree activation and supported workflows with your practice; professional interpretation remains your responsibility.

Diagnostics import: uploaded GDT file with preview
№ 01

Import values or enter them directly

GDT files from Winlactat land in the import assistant. Before anything is taken over, you see a preview with the column mapping. If the athlete is missing, the import matches them by name and date of birth or creates a new record.

Lactate step tests; spiroergometry in beta

The entry assistant first asks for the type of test: lactate step test or, if your practice has enabled it, CPET. After that, everything lands in the same history of the athlete.

Test analysis with lactate curve and threshold models
№ 03

Thresholds calculated automatically

Plenea analyses every test according to several recognised threshold models. Curve, stage values and the training zones derived from them sit side by side. So your athlete trains in zones from their own test instead of a rule of thumb.

Compare tests over time

Compare saved tests and curves. Different protocols, daily condition and measurement conditions can affect results. A shift alone does not establish a training effect.

Who it’s for

Sports medicine practices, diagnostics centres and coaches with their own lab

For everyone who regularly analyses step tests, documents the results traceably and derives their athletes' training from them. No more detour via Excel.

In the workflow

The starting point: the measurement

The diagnostic values become the training zones for weekly planning, and your athlete sees them in the portal. Appointment, record and approval depend on them too, whatever order they are presented in here.
