Cost per feature
The pricing page shows examples of credit costs and which allowances your plan includes. A single action can trigger several AI steps. What counts are the actions actually charged and the agreed terms.
Use AI. Keep costs in view.
You see what your practice uses AI for and how many credits that consumes. Credit balance and usage limits apply in addition to the allowances for tests and training plans.
When the balance runs out
If there is no credit balance left or a limit applies, AI requests may be declined. More usage requires additional credits on the available terms. We do not commit to unlimited automatic additional usage.
Optional limits per athlete
Budgets can be set for individual athletes, either fixed or depending on revenue. Whether they apply depends on the setting and on how the action is assigned. We do not promise across the board that every AI feature passes through the same three locks.
Providers and approval
Credits only govern billing. They are not a rule for data protection or approval. Which providers process data and which answers can appear automatically is explained on the AI and data protection pages.
