Your AI usage. Your budget.

You can see what your practice uses AI for and how many credits it costs. Credit balance and AI limits are kept separate from your quotas for tests and training plans.

Practice overview in Plenea with diagnostics, tasks and appointments

Cost per feature

On the pricing page you will find examples of how many credits a feature costs, and the quotas included in your plan. A single action can trigger several AI steps. What counts are the actions actually charged and the terms we have agreed.

When your credit balance runs out

If there are no credits left or a limit applies, Plenea may decline AI requests. You can get more credits on the terms available at the time. We do not promise that the AI keeps running automatically and without limit beyond your balance.

Optional: limits per athlete

You can set an AI budget for individual athletes, either as a fixed cap or as a share of revenue. Whether it applies depends on the setting and on whether the action is assigned to that person. We do not make a blanket promise that every AI feature passes through the same three locks.

Providers and approval

Credits only govern what the AI costs. They say nothing about data protection or approvals. Which providers process data, and which answers can appear without approval, is explained on our AI and data protection pages.
