Training data flows into the history.

Plenea is connected to Strava, Wahoo and intervals.icu. That means your athletes’ history does not stop at the last test. When they connect their account, their recorded sessions are added.

What matters.

In short.

Only with consent per athlete

Each connection is approved for one individual person. There is no approval for all athletes at once.

Read and transfer workouts

Plenea can read in training data. With intervals.icu, Plenea can also transfer, update and remove approved workouts.

Disconnect at any time

A connection can be disconnected in the portal. Stored credentials are deleted when you do so.

These connections are available

Three connections are ready.

  • Strava: activities, connected per athlete in the portal
  • Wahoo: training sessions, connected per athlete in the portal
  • intervals.icu: activities, training load and transfer of approved workouts, managed by coaches

What this leads to

The aim is a history that goes beyond the single test: keeping activity and load in view between diagnostic appointments and pointing out a sensible retest in good time. HRV, sleep and other wellness metrics are deliberately not included as long as no connected provider supplies them.
