Withdrawal instructions
These instructions explain withdrawal from consumer contracts. You can submit your withdrawal in the app without signing in.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Michael Koller, Dr. Robert Fritz, Manfred Buxbaum und Tim Schneider, acting jointly under the Plenea brand, Alserstraße 27/6, 1080 Wien, Österreich, telephone +43 1 228 00 28, email office@plenea.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://plenea.at/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example, by email), including the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
