Each discipline has its own measures
Power on the bike, speed when running and pace when swimming reflect different demands. The training zones should therefore each come from the appropriate test or model.
Triathletes train in three sports, but within a single week. So plan swimming, cycling and running together. You review targets and load for each discipline individually and for the week as a whole. Training planning, the record with questionnaires and communication are in beta; we agree the available scope together before use.

Critical swim speed (CSS) is a speed estimated from performance tests. Test protocols, distances and conditions influence the result. A single 1,500 m time is therefore not automatically the same as a CSS model based on several distances.
You assess the load from all three sports together. Open water, brick sessions and altitude additionally need your professional planning. We do not promise automatic physiological corrections for these here.
