Several sports. One training plan.

Training planning is in beta. Plan swimming, cycling and running for your athletes together. You check goals and load for each discipline and for the week as a whole.

Each sport is managed differently

On the bike, power is what counts; in running, speed; in swimming, pace. Each of these measures describes a different demand. Training zones should therefore come from the test or model that suits the sport in question.

CSS in swimming

Critical Swim Speed (CSS) is a speed estimated from performance tests. Test protocols, distances and conditions affect the result. A single time over 1,500 m is not automatically the same as a CSS model based on several distances.

Judging the week as a whole

A hard bike block also affects the next day’s run. That is why you judge the load from all sports together. Open water, brick training and altitude also need professional planning. We do not promise automatic physiological corrections for these here.
