AI assistance

Less writing.
More time for your athletes.

Plenea helps you analyse, plan and write. To do this, the AI uses selected details from your athletes’ history. You review reports and suggestions that need approval before you approve them. Simple coaching answers can appear directly. Plenea can also apply certain training reductions automatically.

The personal work
stays with you.

A watch delivers values. Only in conversation do they become a picture. Plenea helps you prepare, so that you can talk with your athletes about the next steps.

From draft to approval

The AI writes a draft.
You review and approve.

This is how it works for drafts that need approval. It does not apply to every AI feature. What appears directly or is adjusted automatically is described further down.

01

Capture

A measurement, a piece of feedback or an open task lands in the right person’s history.

02

See the context

Plenea takes diagnostics, training phase and previous development into account together.

03

Write a draft

Plenea writes a draft for an analysis, an adjustment or a message that you can review professionally.

04

Approve

You review the draft, change it if needed and decide what your athlete sees.

In everyday work

Where the AI supports you.

01

Put diagnostics in context

The AI prepares curves, thresholds and retest histories. You judge whether anything significant has changed since the last test.

02

Adjust training

Daily readiness, load history and training phase result in a suggestion with reasons.

03

Write feedback

You receive messages that need approval as a draft. Simple answers from the portal coach can appear directly, without prior approval.

04

Spot unusual patterns

Your team finds unusual developments across all athletes. So you notice who needs more attention right now, and you jump straight to the related report.

History instead of a chat window

The suggestion knows
the context.

A single measurement does not explain a development. That is why Plenea takes diagnostics, training phase and feedback into account before a draft is created.

Rules and limits

What you should know about the AI.

Providers depending on the task

Plenea works exclusively with Mistral and Voxtral in Europe (EU/EFTA). AI supports text, analysis, document search and speech. Mistral does not retain inputs and responses beyond processing or use them to train AI. This storage setting, enabled for Plenea, is called Zero Data Retention. Technical operational data and other services follow separate rules. Depending on the task, AI receives health data, text or audio; text filters do not guarantee complete anonymisation.

Approval depends on the feature

Reports and suggestions that need approval are meant for professional review. Simple coaching answers can appear directly. Depending on the setting, training management can also respond automatically. What happens to the data and when consent is needed is set out on the data protection page.

Costs in view

You see usage and usage limits. So you can plan what the AI costs.

Tied to the history

Suggestions stay linked to the test, the history and the training goal. They do not stand alone as a single chat answer.
